Designed in 1990, the range of Joule
ballasts have become a benchmark within the Lighting Industry. They offer
the user the ability to satisfy the need for a ballast and a conversion
module with one combined ballast saving space and money in the process.
Joule ballasts are capable of providing
full lumen output from the lamp when mains is healthy and optimised levels
of emergency lumens when the mains fails. This range has now been extended
to include other compact and T5 circular lamps.
Perferm™ Technology is now incorporated
into some of the Joule range, which
allow for use with low mercury content lamps either when the luminaire is
first supplied, or during subsequent re-lamping.
The range of Joule ballasts have been
tested and approved by BSI in accordance with EN60924, EN60925 and EN60928
and are British Standard Kitemarked. |
