- Range of Modules For Non-Maintained Applications |
![]() |
| In premises such as high bay storage areas
where discharge lighting is utilised, it is often the case that separate
fluorescent luminaires are used to provide the emergency lighting. DC's
M range of dedicated Non-Maintained modules will fulfil this role operating
most fluorescent lamps up to 36W creating Non maintained or sustained (combined)
emergency lighting luminaires. At only 154mm in length, the M range is not only compact and reliable but have been tested and approved by BSI in accordance with EN60924 for safety, EN60925 for performance and are British Standard Kite Marked. For further technicals details see Self Contained Module Data Table and Technical Details for Emergency Control Gear and Remote Emergency Systems. |
| MS
- Range of Modules For Switch Start Circuits |
![]() |
| Where switch-start control gear is employed
to operate mains luminaires with linear or compact fluorescent lamps you
can do no better than to select an DC Emergency
Systems MS module to provide the emergency operation. Fully certified
to British and European standards EN60924 for safety, EN60925 for performance
and are British Standard Kite Marked. The MS modules are compact, efficient,
reliable and suitable for use with Nickel Cadmium batteries. For further technicals details see Self Contained Module Data Table and Technical Details for Emergency Control Gear and Remote Emergency Systems. |
| ML
- Range of Modules Low Profile for all Circuits |
![]() |
| Suitable for operation with switch-start or
high frequency circuits, the ML range of emergency modules have a depth
of only 28mm which makes them one of the lowest profiles available and highly
suitable where there is limited height in slim-line luminaires. For increased
flexibility the construction of the ML module allows for base and side fixing
and the terminals are logically arranged to aid simple and quick installation.
All modules are fully certified to British and European standards EN60924 for safety, EN60925 for performance and are British Standard Kite Marked and are also suitable for use with Nickel Cadmium batteries. For further technicals details see Self Contained Module Data Table and Technical Details for Emergency Control Gear and Remote Emergency Systems. |
| MH
- Range of Modules Compact for all Circuits |
![]() |
| At only 154mm overall length, MH emergency
modules are some of the most compact available to luminaire designers, offering
a practical solution to the space problems encountered when converting compact
fluorescent lamped luminaires for emergency lighting use. Designed for use with switch-start and high frequency circuits the MH range of modules are fully certified to British and European standards EN60924 for safety, EN60925 for performance and are British Standard Kite Marked and are also suitable for use with Nickel Cadmium batteries. For further technicals details see Self Contained Module Data Table and Technical Details for Emergency Control Gear and Remote Emergency Systems. |

- Range of Modules Incorporating a Mains Delay Facility Suitable for all Circuits |
![]() |
| This module range features a special relay
circuit which inhibits the electrical supply to the mains ballast during
testing or emergency conditions. This feature is particularly suitable for
electronic control gear susceptible to 'lock out' conditions and dimming
ballasts etc. All modules are fully certified to British and European standards
EN60924 for safety, EN60925 for performance and are British Standard Kite
Marked and are also suitable for use with Nickel Cadmium batteries. For further technicals details see Self Contained Module Data Table and Technical Details for Emergency Control Gear and Remote Emergency Systems. |
